Privacy, in plain language.

Nothing beyond what you type into the request form on the book page. There is no analytics package on this site, no tracking cookie, no advertising pixel and no third-party script of any kind. If analytics are ever added, this page will say so before they are, and they will not be used to identify you.

The form asks for your name, company, work email, an optional phone number, the kind of enquiry you are making and your message. It sends those fields to ReservoirLedger’s own enquiry API, which emails them to FEEC through its mail provider (Zoho ZeptoMail) so that somebody can reply to you. This site keeps no copy: it has no database and no server-side storage of its own.

The two hidden fields in the form exist only to catch automated spam. They are never read as part of your message, and a submission that fills them is discarded.

We use your details to answer your enquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

If you go on to run a pilot with FEEC, your data is handled under the written agreement and the Data Processing Agreement for that pilot, not under this page. In short: the Data Processing Agreement is signed before any data is shared; real customer data is held only on ReservoirLedger’s dedicated production host, never on demonstration or staging systems; and a full export is delivered, and your data deleted within 30 days, if you do not convert. The contracting entity is Front End Engineering Consultancy Limited.
